We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please refer to the details below for our returns policy.

1. Return Period & Credit Note
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns will be eligible for a credit note to be used towards a future purchase on our website.

2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Lemon Sherbet Shades is not responsible for returns lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

3. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with original packaging intact.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty item or an incorrect order, please email us at lemonsherbetshades@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the issue, along with your order number and details of the problem. Our customer service team will respond to your inquiry within 2-3 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
Any original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. If you decide to return your item, shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

6. Limited Edition & Out of Stock Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of some of our eyewear styles, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange for will be available in stock. If the item is no longer available, we will issue you a credit note once the return is received and processed.
