- We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery for a credit note. 

- Return Shipping costs are payable by the customer. We recommend obtaining a tracking number as proof of shipment in the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit. Lemon Sherbet Shades will not be responsible for any returns which are lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

- Items must be unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

- If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please email with photos of the issues you are experiencing along with your order details . Our customer service team responds to all emails within 2-3 business days.

- If you have paid the original postage cost and booked a return, this shipping cost is non-refundable.

- As some of our sunglasses/eyewear are limited edition and sell out fast, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange to will be in stock. If this item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note once the item has been received and accepted.
